This digest explains how Picotat operates, what we expect from customers, and the obligations we take on in return.

You must be 16+ or the minimum Discord age in your region. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of any breach.

You agree to follow Discord's Terms, avoid malicious automation, and respect applicable local laws.

We process data solely to deliver Picotat functionality, following the privacy policy and any signed DPA.

Paid plans renew monthly. We provide invoices through the billing portal and issue refunds only when legally required.

Plugins you build remain yours. Picotat keeps rights to the platform, tooling, and brand assets.

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend abusive accounts to protect other communities.
